Bircham Wyatt Recruitment is mainly me: Greg Wyatt.

I'm an independent Suffolk based recruiter that grew my career in the tech hub of Cambridge.

I've gone for 'We' mainly on this website for a few reasons.

One is family. My father did some work for me in the first couple of years of the business, before passing away - time I will always treasure. While everything I do is ultimately to support my family. Can you guess my wife's maiden name?

Two is flexibility. I work on an associate basis, with a trust network of fellow recruiters, researchers and project managers who I retain to service specific projects.

The third is scalability. A friend once told me that, though he was successful in growing his business, people would always come to him first. It was only when he detached his name from his brand that they would put more trust in his team. I'm coming to a point in life where I may take on a team, especially if demand grows. So I have the building blocks in place already.

You may think there is less risk in retaining a large corporate to service your recruitment, but I'd ask you to challenge the expertise and service you'll actually get.
